every day I wake up in the morning and give praise to god and @veschwab that the Rhylucard story line was not simply a throw away joke, or only lightly implied, or a cautionary tale against young gay love that ends with Rhy and Alucard finding women to be their partners.
The Rhylucard plot was relevant to the plot and to character development. Both the men involved are PoC, both are bi or pan, both are amazingly deep characters and flamboyant as fuck and total badasses when they need to be.
